This role is ideal for an experienced Product Manager or Product Owner who excels at defining product vision, leading cross-functional execution, and driving product growth across the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring 5-12 years of experience in high-impact product roles within fast-paced, product-led environments.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision & Strategy Define and champion the overall product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends Translate strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives using data-driven decision-making Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessment to identify product opportunities and inform strategic directionProduct Lifecycle Management Lead product lifecycle management from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, iteration, and sunset Own PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure brilliant execution across every stage of the product lifecycleProduct Launch & Go-to-Market Drive successful product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and support Collaborate with GTM teams to craft product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to maximize adoption and market success Establish and manage KPI frameworks to measure launch effectiveness and continuously refine GTM strategiesProduct Growth & Optimization Steer ongoing product growth efforts through experimentation, A/B testing, feature optimization, and performance analytics Analyze user journeys, behaviors, and feedback to identify friction points and drive continuous improvements in product experience Leverage data and insights to scale existing products, improve retention, enhance engagement, and unlock new revenue opportunitiesStakeholder Collaboration & Leadership Act as a trusted partner to business, engineering, and leadership teams, aligning product initiatives with broader organizational objectives Influence, negotiate, and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive product outcomes Mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and user-centric thinkingQualifications & Skills 5-12 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in tech-driven or product-first organizations Proven experience managing product roadmaps, driving product launches, and owning full product lifecycle management Strong background as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with hands-on exposure to agile methodologies and modern product development practices Demonstrated ability to grow products through iterative development, experimentation, and data-driven strategies Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence
