AVP/ Assoicate, HR C&B, International Bank

About the jobWe are partnering with an international bank for a AVP/ Assoicate role in C&B team.Key Responsibilities:Implement C&B initiatives, key HR exercises including but not limited to performance management, bonus, promotion and salary review.Payroll, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive scheme review, pension contribution, rental reimbursement and taxation.Support the onboarding process for new employees, including completing paperwork, coordinating orientation, and conducting new hire training.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, including employee profiles, benefits, and performance data.Conduct regular reviews on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirementsParticipate in various ad hoc HR projects from time to timeRole Requirements:Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial or professional services firmsBachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Management or other related disciplinesMulti-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skillAbility to engage stakeholders at senior levelStrong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independentlyGood command of spoken and written EnglishIf you have the relevant skills and believe you are a suitable candidate, please send your CV to info@pinesearch.co and our team will contact you for a confidential discussion.
