AVP, Data Governance, Strategy and Planning

Business FunctionGroup Planning supports the Bank in the origination and execution of key strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, divestments, capital management and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives, to maximize the Bank's financial and competitive position.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall management and oversight of data ingestion processes for data management platform ID and SG GCP (for ID data)Ensure the operationalization of metadata completeness and accuracy evaluationGovern the use of Horizontal GenAI use cases within the organizationManage the ADA Activity and Cost processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams for above processes to identify and address challengesProvide regular reporting and update on above processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or a related field,Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or governance, with a proven track record of leading successful risk management or governance function,Strong understanding of data management principles, including data ingestion, metadata management, and data governanceProficient in the use of data management tools and/or technologies, such as metadata management solutionsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data-related governance issues into actionable solutionsEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with Horizontal GenAI use cases and their governance requirementsExperience in managing processes based activity and cost, will be a plusPrimary LocationIndonesiaJobData ManagementScheduleRegularJob TypeFull-timeJob PostingNov 4, 2025, 10:40:24 AM
