TableCheck has set new standards for restaurant management tools in Japan and is steadily growing to take on the challenge to become the world’s leader in restaurant management.Job PurposeExecute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain the account.Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the Business Development include (but aren’t limited to) the following: Expand TableCheck presence in Jakarta by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term customers.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Establish contact and developing relationships with restaurant person in charge. Establish productive and professional relationships with key restaurants group. Be an expert on the company’s products and deliver effective demonstrations to prospects.Negotiate and close agreements with customers.Plan and execute sales activity.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Customer-focused, independent, sense of responsibility, and target focused.Qualifications/ RequirementsMust RequirementsSales or Inside Sales, Marcomm Experience in restaurant reservation management, Hospitality OTA or SaaS software industry (for restaurants / hotel restaurant clients)Strong relevant sales experiences focusing to hotel clientsSuperb presentation skills with advanced Microsoft Skills (PowerPoint, Excel)Understanding of technology, CRM maintenance & experienceExcellent verbal & written communication skills in English Fast learning ability coupled with a passion for sales & technology Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills Availability to travel as neededA vehicle & driving license is requiredBased in Jakarta currently or can relocate to JakartaIndonesia CitizensPrefer RequirementsCan speak other languages will be plusExperience using Zoho will be plusWorking ConditionsWork hours : Weekdays 10:00 - 19:00Holidays : Sat, Sun and national holidaysBusiness Travel : Availability to travel within Indonesia and SEA region when requiredBenefits : Paid holidays, Insurance program etc.Work Location : Jakarta, Indonesia
