The Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on legal matters, researching legal issues, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. The role also involves negotiating settlements, ensuring compliance with laws, and collaborating with colleagues on complex cases. QualificationsStrong command of commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, and contract review processesA minimum of two years of experience following completion of the legal internshipSkills in company law, real estate law, employment law, and commercial litigationExperience in intellectual property, media & entertainment law, information technologies, and data protection law is an assetExcellent communication, research, and drafting skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamFluency in Turkish and EnglishBachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plusAdmitted to the bar in IstanbulResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support on commercial, corporate, and contractual mattersDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and corporate documentationConduct legal research and prepare correspondence, opinions, and reportsRepresent clients in dispute resolution processes, including litigation and alternative dispute mechanismsAssist with company law procedures, corporate governance matters, and regulatory complianceManage tasks related to real estate, employment, and commercial litigation files as neededSupport matters involving intellectual property, media & entertainment, IT, and data protection law when requiredLiaise with clients, external counsel, and relevant authorities to ensure timely progress of legal mattersMonitor legislative developments and assess their impact on clients and ongoing matters
