We value building strong and long-term relationships, and we expect our employees to embrace these values as well.Qualifications:Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Sales experience is preferred, but recent graduates will also be considered.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment and perform well under pressure.Team-oriented with high motivation.Interest in the healthcare sector and ability to learn quickly.Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.Ability to conduct outbound calls and expand the international patient portfolio.Focused on both internal and external customer satisfaction.Responsible for organizing and tracking patient transfers between the airport, hotel, and hospital.Will communicate with potential patients to provide information.Responsibilities:Informing potential customers about healthcare packages.Assisting with reservation processes.Maintaining continuous communication with potential customers.Understanding customer needs and managing the sales process by offering solutions.Monitoring and reporting sales data regularly, and developing strategies to meet sales targets.Promoting Apera Health’s medical tourism packages and generating sales opportunities through communication with prospective clients.
