Job Description

Mandamus Lawyers assists individuals facing long delays in U.S. immigration processes. We represent clients worldwide and file federal mandamus and APA lawsuits to compel USCIS, the National Visa Center, and U.S. consulates to take action on delayed immigration cases. The work is detail-oriented, structured, and requires strong written communication skills.Responsibilities:Manage and organize immigration case filesCommunicate with clients professionally through written and verbal channelsPrepare, review, and format case documents and evidenceMaintain accurate case status updates in internal systemsAssist with drafting and research tasksTrack deadlines and ensure timely case progressionRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred field: Law, International Relations, Political Science, or related)Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow structured legal procedures and instructionsProficiency with Microsoft Word and PDF editing toolsAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityTraining will be provided for the right candidate.
