AWS Functional Business Analyst | Contract l Up to $7K

About the Role We are looking for an experienced AWS Functional Business Analyst to lead the analysis, planning, and execution of a key cloud migration project - transitioning an on-premises portal to AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient modernization process aligned with Agile delivery principles. Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering, analysis, and user story grooming sessions.Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and validate cloud-based solutions.Oversee and coordinate testing activities, ensuring functionality and performance standards are met.Identify and assess project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and track resolution progress.Maintain clear documentation, project reports, and progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Job requirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in cloud migration or modernization projects.Proficiency in AWS, SQL, and Agile delivery frameworks.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect - Associate) is a plus.Interested Applicants, please email your resume to rupa.kankariya@manpower.com.sg (R1441955), stating the position as the subject title in the email.
