Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, tech-savvy professional to lead our digitalization, AI, and transformation projects that drive innovation and enhance business efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital transformation, IT project management, AI applications, or business process automation someone passionate about leveraging technology to make work smarter and faster. As part of this initiative, we are also seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our innovative team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and building intelligent digital solutions, including AI chatbots and automation tools that enhance user experience and support our digital goals.Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Digitalization and Transformation:Develop and implement digitalization strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for AI and digital innovation.Manage and support digital transformation projects from conception to implementation and post-review.Research and recommend emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions to optimize processes.Lead initiatives related to AI chatbot development, generative AI integration, and workflow automation.AI Innovation:Design, train, and deploy AI chatbots to automate internal communication, HR queries, or customer engagement.Explore and implement new AI-driven interventions to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.Continuously evaluate and improve existing digital systems with AI-based analytics and predictive tools.Software and Web Development:Design, develop, and maintain the company website and web-based applications.Optimize website performance, speed, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.Assist in software selection, implementation, and integration for digital transformation initiatives.Provide training and user guides for new digital tools and applications.Liaise with software vendors and third-party service providers for digital project execution.Requirements & Qualifications: Education & Certification: Bachelor / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.While prior experience in a similar role within a digital transformation environment is preferred, we are also eager to consider fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in this career path.Knowledge of business process automation, data analytics tools, and cloud solutions is preferred.Experience: Preferred 2–5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or business process automationHands-on experience in implementing digitalization strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity.Experience in training users and developing user guides for new digital tools and applications.Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
