Aya Healthcare has an exciting 13-week contract opportunity located inWhittier, CA!Job Details: JOB TITLE: RecruiterCONTRACT DURATION: 13 weeksSHIFT: M-F 8-5pmLOCATION: hybrid Whittier, CAONBOARDING TIME: Expect 2-4 weeks from offer acceptance to start date. PAY: $33-36hrDETAILS ABOUT THE POSITIONReporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter is responsible for coordinating the recruitment process of potential employees of the hospital. The functions include sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and proper on-boarding of new hires. Need to have exceptional administrative skills, highly organized and great follow-up. This is role has large administrative tasks associated with it.

Strong verbal and written communication skillsCritical thinking skillsProblem solving skillsComputer skillsStrong attention to detailRequired: Minimum two (2) years of recruitment experience, specifically IT healthcare, preferably Epic role with a working knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws. Minimum two (2) years recruitment experience with a proven track record; to include interviewing, collaboration with school programs and coordination of job fairsAbility to facilitate, negotiate, collaborate and coordinate functions relative to the recruitment process. Strong technical knowledgeStrong Microsoft office including excelCurrent CA Driver’s license and auto insurance. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS· Documentation of Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption.

· Copy of diploma for highest level of completed education. · Two manager/supervisor references who you have worked with in the last two years. o (Name, Position Held, Company, Phone Number, Email Address)· Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract. · Interview availability for the next 7-10 days. · Resume with last seven years of work history if applicable - all work history gaps of 90+ days must be explained.
