Planning Governance Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for planning process of company as governance role (Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Management)Responsible for inventory planning and reporting, ensure proper inventory management process for all business unitsResponsible for implement Planning Tools and IT Improvements for all business unitsResponsible for defining KPI measurement rules for all business unitsResponsible for setting target safety stock levels, tracking total inventory to make sure stock levels are in line with the targetLead S&OP cycle quality and process ownershipLead strategic planning activities of product groupsProviding necessary analyses and data for all planning activitiesCarrying out improvement efforts by following daily, monthly and annual KPIsQualifications:

BA/BS degrees preferably from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, etc. Min 8 years of experience in supply chain (Supply or Demand Planning and FMCG experience is mandatory)Excellent command of EnglishSkilled in analysis and reporting, with high follow-up skillsSAP Knowledge is preferredResult-focused, pro-active, creative and ambitiousExcellent operation management skillsStrong communication & collaboration skillsHave analytical thinking ability and problem solving ability
