This role is crucial in shaping the technological direction of the company's fintech products and services. Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive technical architecture and system designs for complex fintech solutionsTroubleshoot complex issues and find optimal solutions for each problem, demonstrating flexibility in implementing new functionalitiesLeverage knowledge of various Banking and Fintech domains to inform architectural decisionsApply expertise in convergent billing solutions to design integrated financial systemsLead in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with focus on Enterprise Integrations, Legacy modernization, Fintech, Banking, DevOps Systems, and Fraud ManagementDesign, develop, and integrate systems, interfaces, and platformsCollaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to create complex solutionsDevelop technical requirements and tasks for IT engineersManage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, providing technical and business feedbackEnsure the technical aspects of partner integrations (new and ongoing) by providing documentation and technical guidanceAnalyze current trends in technology architecture and provide recommendationsEvaluate applications, systems, and platforms for compliance with enterprise and business standardsDetermine the viability of architecture related to organizational changeIdentify key barriers/core problems and apply creative problem-solving skills to address complex situationsOccasionally Support Business Analysts by reviewing Epics and User Stories for technical feasibility and architectural alignmentAssist in refining business requirements and translating them into high-level technical solutions Provide input during requirement discovery and grooming sessions, ensuring completeness and consistency from a system design perspectiveContribute to backlog refinement by identifying technical dependencies and system impactsHelp bridge communication between business and engineering teams to ensure mutual understanding of scope and constraintsRequirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExtensive experience (8+ years) in solution architecture, preferably in the fintech or banking sectorDeep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practicesStrong knowledge of banking and fintech systems, including convergent billing solutionsExpertise in designing and implementing large-scale, complex IT solutionsExperience with legacy system modernization and enterprise integrationsProficiency in DevOps practices and fraud management systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFluency in English, both written and verbalNice to Have: Relevant architecture certifications (e. g.
