We are looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment Section to lead our recruitment team, implement effective hiring strategies, and deliver outstanding talent acquisition results. This position reports directly to the Head of Recruitment Department and plays a key role in meeting the organization’s hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the recruitment sectionReport to the Head of Recruitment Department, providing updates on hiring progress and KPIsCollaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop sourcing plansManage full-cycle recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill positionsOversee and optimize ATS processes (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)Implement talent sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mappingMonitor and report recruitment KPIs to support data-driven decisionsContribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talentEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field5–7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (minimum 3 years in a leadership role)Proven knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and recruitment analyticsExperience working with ATS and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and EnglishWe Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesCareer development and training opportunitiesProfessional and collaborative work environmentAccess to advanced HR tools and resources
