Role Description: Azersun Holding is looking for an accomplished professional to lead our soft skills Learning & Development unit. This senior role is responsible for shaping and driving innovative learning initiatives that foster the professional and personal growth of our employees. The focus will be on strengthening soft skills including leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration in line with the company’s long-term people strategy. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction to the team, ensure high-quality program delivery, and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. This role is reported directly to the Head of Learning and Development department.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement the company-wide soft skills training and development strategy. Lead and manage innovative platforms such as Internal Trainer Program, Mentorship Initiatives, E-learning, and Development Academies, while benchmarking against global best practices. Collaborate with business leaders to assess capability needs and deliver impactful learning solutions. Develop, deliver, and oversee internal and external training on leadership and soft skills. Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, training institutions, and external experts. Continuously enhance training methodologies, ensuring alignment with modern learning trends. Monitor program effectiveness through metrics, evaluations, and reporting.
Champion career development initiatives aligned with company culture and values. Oversee the management and optimization of the corporate e-learning platform. Design and coordinate structured mentorship and coaching programs. Contribute to strengthening Azersun Holding’s employer brand through impactful learning and development initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation across all business units. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of solid experience in Learning & Development. Strong knowledge of labor legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SuccessFactors (SF) or other HRM systems is a strong plus.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is considered an advantage. Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
