At Yettel, we strive to achieve something extraordinary every day – transforming the world around us by connecting people and communities, and making technology accessible to millions.The B2B Segment Marketing team is responsible for the strategic and operational management of products and services targeting business customers.We oversee the entire lifecycle — from initial concept development and market introduction to performance optimization and ongoing support.Candidates with a strong business orientation, analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate complex corporate environments are encouraged to apply and explore potential mutual fit.What we will expect from you:Lead strategic segmentation of the market and customer base to secure a competitive position and maximize business potentialManage long-term business projections (P&L) and performance evaluation of services, campaigns, and segment initiatives to support strategic decisionsPerform analysis and report key B2B marketing KPIs, including sales, churn, revenue, profit, and overall segment performanceSupport the development of B2B strategies and tools through proposals, evaluations, and strategic alignmentManage stakeholder communication through structured reporting, strategic analysis, and decision support for senior leadershipLead go-to-market activities for new mobile and fixed B2B solutions, covering initiation, planning, launch, and strategic project oversightAnalyse market dynamics and trends that may directly or indirectly influence business customer behaviour, service demand, and strategic positioningCoordinate external and internal communication activities, ensuring campaign content (ATL/BTL) aligns with segment strategy and remains consistent across all channelsContinuously improve internal processes, procedures, and tools specific to the B2B segmentBuild and maintain strong cross-functional and matrix relationships, ensuring effective collaboration with frontline teamsFor the good start, you will need: University degree, Master preferred, in economics, marketing or electrical/telco/IT engineeringAt least three years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Finance, preferably in Telecommunication industryStrong understanding of financial principles and analysis, including P&L forecasting, budgeting, and profitability evaluationProject management experience, ideally combined with product or service development, positioning, and go-to-market executionHigh level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability in daily workSkilled in communication and presentation, including experience presenting to senior managementProficient in English and Serbian language (verbal & written)Why we think you should apply: Supportive work environment with opportunities for growthHybrid work model (on-site and off-site)25 days of annual leaveParticipation in bonus reward systemHealth packageMobile phone with unlimited internet and Yettel family packageRecreation or health programIn-house training and career development programs Please include your references in your CV, as reference check is an integral part of our selection process.
