Since 2012, we've built a portfolio of 30+ exclusive cigar brands and a team of 40+ professionals, operating from hubs in Spain, Panama, and Costa Rica, all driven by quality, heritage, and customer satisfaction.Position SummaryWe're hiring an experienced Global Trade Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand visibility and drive growth across key international markets (EU & USA).This is a high-impact role where you'll lead trade marketing initiatives end-to-end, from managing exhibitions and retail activations to coordinating promoters, vendors, and POS deployment. If you're a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives in global environments and loves seeing strategy turn into sales, this role is for you.RequirementsTrade Marketing & Retail Activation (B2B / Retail)Plan and execute trade marketing programs across EU & U.S. marketsManage product visibility in wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and duty-free channelsDevelop and deploy POS materials (displays, banners, catalogs) and ensure visual complianceRun B2B email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and co-op promotions with partnersMonitor KPIs for retail and field activities (activations, facings, cost per activation, etc.)Exhibitions & International EventsOwn full event cycles: planning, budgeting, vendor management, design, logistics, on-site execution, and reportingCoordinate booth design and logistics (shipping, customs, setup)Deliver post-event reports: leads generated, cost per lead, conversion insightsPromoter & Field Team ManagementRecruit, brief, and oversee promoters through agencies or direct sourcingSet goals and KPIs for promoters and ensure consistent brand representationReporting & CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Brand, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth executionAlign with Brand & Marketing teams on messaging, visuals, and campaign toneTrack ROI and optimize strategy based on data and feedbackWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, PR, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, or Retail/Field Marketing (ideally in FMCG, premium tobacco, or luxury goods)Experience managing international exhibitions and trade activationsSkilled in coordinating field teams and promotersStrong trade marketing project management: planning, budgeting, reportingExperience using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/email toolsAdvanced English proficiency (C1+); Spanish is a strong plusOwnership mindset with accountability, adaptability, and motivation to grow in a fast-scaling brandLocated in Eastern Europe or able to collaborate remotely within a similar time zoneBenefitsCompetitive Compensation: $2,000-$2,500 USD per month (B2B contract), depending on experienceFully Remote: Work flexibly from anywhere in Eastern EuropeGlobal Exposure: Work directly with executive leadership and international teamsTravel Opportunities: Participate in top-tier trade shows and industry events across the EU and U.SUpload your CV, answer the screening questions, and take the first step toward becoming part of a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
