B2B Marketing Manager – SingaporeLocation: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing / Demand Generation / GrowthAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing campaigns, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product teams.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Plan annual marketing campaigns, events, and programs targeting corporate clients.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies.2. Lead Generation & Demand GenerationDrive demand generation campaigns through digital channels, email marketing, social media, and events.Collaborate with Sales teams to generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.Track and optimise campaign performance to achieve marketing KPIs.3. Content & Brand ManagementCreate compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, and presentations.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.Manage thought leadership initiatives and client communications.4. Event & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute webinars, industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality events.Analyse event ROI and marketing campaign effectiveness.5. Analytics & ReportingMonitor, measure, and report on marketing performance and campaign ROI.Use data insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics.Provide dashboards and reports for management and Sales teams.6. Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing and business objectives.Support regional marketing initiatives and cross-market campaigns.Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners effectively.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, fintech, or professional services.Proven experience in demand generation, lead nurturing, and digital marketing campaigns.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing content marketing, thought leadership, and brand positioning.Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.Experience with social media marketing for B2B audiences.Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects.Why Join UsLead impactful B2B marketing campaigns that drive business growth.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to influence strategy.Opportunities for career growth to Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, or Head of Marketing roles.Work in a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment in Singapore.
