We’ve recently rebranded — and this apprenticeship will play a key role in shaping Liminal’s new visual identity, while helping design the look, feel, and experience of ventures that spin out from it.What is the role?We’re seeking a Brand and Visual Design Apprentice with strong B2C branding and graphic design experience, eager to expand into UX design. You’ll help lead the creative execution of Liminal’s rebrand, and work on designing visually striking assets and experiences for new ventures. Over time, you’ll gain practical exposure to UX principles — learning how to translate brand aesthetics into usable, human-centered product design.ResponsibilitiesAs a Brand and Visual Design Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our creative and venture teams to craft meaningful brand and user experiences. You’ll take part in both the visual rebrand of Liminal and the early design explorations of new ventures.Drive the visual rebranding of Liminal. From brand systems and identity to marketing materialsDesign compelling visuals for digital channels, venture pitch decks, and brand campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand and product storytellingDevelop creative concepts and design direction for new venturesLearn and apply UX fundamentals, bridging visual design and product experienceEnsure consistency and quality across all design touchpointsAttributes1–3 years of B2C branding and graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)Passion for storytelling, creative strategy, and crafting strong visual identitiesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or FigmaCuriosity and commitment to learning UX design principlesStrong attention to detail and sense of visual hierarchyCollaborative mindset, open to feedback, experimentation, and iterationThis is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for a creative professional looking to transition into UX without starting over.
