The ideal candidate is a motivated, friendly, proactive and well-organised individual who has a proven track record (5+ years of experience) as a Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Sales Manager in a B2B IT, FinTech, RegTech, cybersecurity, or payments company, and has successfully managed complex sales cycles and delivered measurable results.We would be delighted to receive a letter written in your own words, not only a standard CV. Where does your passion for B2B sales come from?About the roleAs our B2B Sales Executive, you will be:Running prospects’ meetings, leading presentations and strategy sessions, and managing your own sales pipeline during long sales cycles.Discovering prospective clients’ pain points and needs to deliver tailored proposals.Proactively nurturing prospects to close deals.A trusted advisor to prospects and building long-term relationships.Using insights and feedback to improve strategies and contribute to team success.Collaborating closely with our team to improve or develop new sales strategies aligned with our long-term plans.Providing regular reports and insights on sales performance, sales forecast, and prospect feedback to inform strategic decision-making.Attending international Fintech meetings to represent our company, network with professionals from the industry, and establish relationships with prospects and partners.Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.What we're looking for:Natural curiosity and willingness to learn technical and specific details about our services in order to present them to IT teams.
