About the RoleAs a Security Operations (SecOps) Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling cloud security and security operations solutions.  You will build and maintain a robust customer pipeline, lead strategic security-focused engagements, and cultivate strong relationships with security and IT decision-makers. By driving revenue, ensuring customer trust, and staying current on emerging threats and security technologies, you will contribute directly to organizational growth and customer resilience.What You’ll DoCustomer EngagementEngage with potential customers to understand their security requirements, regulatory obligations, cloud adoption plans, and operational challenges. Build trusted relationships with CISOs, security architects, cloud engineers, and other key stakeholders.Security Product ExpertiseDevelop deep technical and business knowledge of cloud security offerings—such as SIEM/SOAR platforms, threat detection services, cloud security posture management (CSPM), identity and access management (IAM), network security, and incident response tooling. Stay informed on emerging threats, compliance standards, and competitive security solutions.Solution SellingWork closely with Security Architects and technical specialists to design, position, and present tailored security operations solutions that address customer risks and strategic objectives. Align offerings with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and zero-trust principles.Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through outbound outreach, security events, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.Security-Focused PresentationsDeliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly articulate the value, risk reduction, and ROI of security solutions for cloud and hybrid environments.Negotiation and ClosingLead contract and pricing negotiations, handle security-related objections, and close deals efficiently while ensuring accuracy in documentation and scope.Account ManagementMaintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure successful solution adoption, identify opportunities for additional security services, and promote long-term account growth.Market & Threat AwarenessStay current on cyber threat landscapes, cloud security trends, industry regulations, and customer adoption patterns to position solutions competitively and credibly.Sales ReportingDocument sales activities, pipeline progress, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems with precision and clarity.Team CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, security engineering, customer success, and incident response teams to deliver a seamless and secure customer experience.What We’re Looking ForExperience in B2B cybersecurity, cloud security, or security operations sales; familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving security landscape.Understanding of cloud architectures, security frameworks, and security operations workflows is a significant plus.Why Join Us?At Cloud Office, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team where learning, growth, and transparency are at the core of our culture.
