Hiring: B2B Sales Team ManagerWe are currently looking for a B2B Sales Team Manager to join us in Vilnius. You will lead and develop a medium & large segment business sales team. The team works with existing business clients in the East region, delivering them communication and IT services, infrastructure and cloud solutions.What you’ll do:Drive business sales strategy execution through effective management and development of your team.Translate strategy into actionable commercial and operational plans.Ensure strong customer satisfaction across all segments.Expand IT, IoT, cybersecurity and mobility offerings within the segment.Represent the sales unit and Telia both internally and externally.Maintain market leadership and achieve ambitious growth targets that outpace the market.What will help you thrive in this role: The suitable candidate has strong communication and stakeholder management skills, sharp analytical thinking, and solid business judgment.
