I’m helping 20four7VA find a top candidate to join their team part-time for the role of B2B Sales Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling & Outreach).You will shape the future of impactful solutions and drive meaningful innovation.Compensation:USD 3.5 - 6.25/hourLocation:Remote: ArgentinaMission of 20four7VA:"End-to-End Virtual Staffing Solutions | Hire Simply, Scale Quickly"What makes you a strong candidate:You are proficient in ZoomInfo, Virtual assistance, Telemarketing, RingCentral, LinkedIn outreach.English - ConversationalResponsibilities and more:Scope of Services:* Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate new business leads.* Make 100–130 outbound calls per day using RingCentral within a 4-hour call window (9AM-1PM PST).* Utilize ZoomInfo for contact research and lead generation.* Record and track lead details and activity in HubSpot CRM.* Follow provided scripts to conduct exploratory calls, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads.* Schedule appointments or close sales with targeted business clients.* Maintain accurate call and lead records.* Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimize outreach strategies.Skills:* Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development.* Familiarity with ZoomInfo, RingCentral, and HubSpot.* English proficiency required; Spanish a strong plus.* Dual monitor required.* Ability to use outreach scripts effectively.Work Schedule:* Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours/week.* Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday.* Daily Working Time: 9AM-1PM PST.
