Our app enables users to manage, save, and grow their finances in a secure and intuitive way.Role DescriptionAs a Customer Support Specialist (B2B Sector), you will be the voice of Brighty for our business clients — supporting, educating, and guiding them to get the most out of our financial solutions. You will assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing engagement, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-centric mindset who enjoys solving problems, learns quickly, and is eager to grow within the fintech space.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Communicating with clients via chat, email, and other channels, delivering fast and high-quality supportGuiding clients through Brighty’s products and features to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless experienceTroubleshooting technical and transactional issues in collaboration with internal teamsGathering client feedback and sharing insights with product and tech teamsEnsuring compliance with internal procedures (KYC/AML, where applicable)Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to continuous process improvementsWe're Looking For Someone With:At least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer success, or community management.
