In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend systems that support innovative communication solutions for public and private sector clients.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and high-performing digital platforms that enable data-driven services and seamless user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAPI & Microservices Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using modern backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).Database Engineering: Build and optimize database schemas, ensuring efficient query performance and data integrity.System Security & Integration: Implement secure workflows, authentication protocols, and integrations with third-party systems.Collaboration: Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and solution architecture teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability and performance.Testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests to maintain high code quality and reliability.Performance Monitoring: Track application health, analyze logs, and resolve production issues proactively.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to internal best practices and process improvements.Required Skills & Experience2–3 years of professional experience in backend development.Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) including query optimization.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or similar).Knowledge of testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).Understanding of backend security practices and data protection standards.Preferred SkillsExperience with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka).Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).Understanding of event-driven architecture.Knowledge of modern authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT).Our Tech StackLanguages: PHP (Pure PHP, Laravel), Python, Java, Node.jsFrameworks & CMS: Drupal, WordPress, other CMS platformsDatabases: MySQL, PostgreSQLFrontend Integration: ReactDevOps Tools: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub / GitLabCore CompetenciesIntegrity – Ensures transparency and reliability in code, documentation, and communication with both clients and internal teams.
