ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a passionate Back Office & Customer Support Officer to handle the day-to-day duties in the Back Office Department. The working hours will be shifts with rotating weeks: 1st shift: 07: 30 - 16: 30, 2nd shift: 13: 30 - 22: 30. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSort and address pending transactions by priority to maintain timely processing. Conduct KYC checks to maintain Compliance standards. Communicate with clients via email when additional information or documentation is required to process pending transactions.
Provide responsive and efficient client support through email, live chat, phone, and by addressing various client inquiries. Identify potentially unusual, suspicious, or fraudulent activities and escalate these cases to the Compliance department. Coordinate document translations into English when necessary. Perform general administrative tasks as part of daily operations.
