Help define and enforce software quality standardsResearch and support the adoption of new-generation technologies. Participate in customer application development and technical design processesDevelop secure, high-volume online and batch systemsDeliver assigned projects with high quality across the software lifecycleEnsure smooth and reliable operation of applications in productionOwn platform performance end-to-end, including availability, monitoring, and reporting.Required Skills And ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in .NET/.NET Core development using C#.Willing and able to travel internationally when required.Willing to work from the office when necessary (hybrid-flexible).Proficient in English, both written and verbal.Experience or familiarity with large-scale multi-tenant applications.Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch.Proficiency in RabbitMQ and Redis.Experience with source control systems such as TFS, GitHub, or similar tools.Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing methodologies.Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the entire software development lifecycle.Experience working within agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.Skilled in using static code analysis tools like SonarQube and SonarLint.Preferably familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, DataDog ..etcPreferably knowledgeable in Microservices, Event-Driven, and modular monolithic architectures.Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.Solid understanding of Windows and Linux environments, including IIS, .NET Core Hosting, and Kestrel-based web hosting.Knowledge of web services, including RESTful architecture, JSON, SOAP, and XML, and their use in system integration.Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong passion for learning and adopting new technologies.What We OfferHealth InsuranceMeal cardTransport AllowanceTraining BudgetGift CardBirthday LeaveHappy Hour
