Güçlü bir görsel dünya ve tutarlı marka hikayesiyle koleksiyonlarımızı müşteriye ulaştırıyoruz. Şimdi bu dünyayı birlikte büyütecek bir Görsel Tasarımcı arıyoruz.Rolün AmacıSoley’in marka kimliğini dijital ve fiziksel tüm temas noktalarında güçlendirecek; kampanya, ürün ve iletişim süreçlerinde yaratıcı görsel üretimi uçtan uca yönetecek bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.🎯 Görev ve Sorumluluklar• Soley marka kimliğine uygun kampanya ve iletişim görselleri tasarlamak (dijital & basılı).• Shopify altyapısındaki e-ticaret kanalı için banner, slider, kategori görselleri ve ürün sayfası (PDP) görsel setleri hazırlamak.• Sosyal medya için post, reels kapakları, story setleri ve kreatif içerikler üretmek.• Canva üzerinden hızlı içerik üretimi ve ekip içi paylaşıma uygun template sistemleri geliştirmek.• Koleksiyon lansmanları, sezon temaları ve özel günler için KV, moodboard ve kreatif konsept çalışmaları yapmak.• Çekim ve içerik süreçlerinde kreatif ekiple birlikte brief oluşturmak, görsel yönlendirme yapmak.• Baskı süreçlerinde ajans/tedarikçi ile birlikte dosya hazırlığı, renk kontrolü ve üretim takibi yapmak.• Görsel kalite, tutarlılık ve zaman planına uygun proje takibi ve revizyon yönetimi yürütmek.✅ Aradığımız Nitelikler• En az 3 yıl görsel tasarım deneyimi (tercihen perakende/ev tekstili/moda/e-ticaret).• Adobe Creative Suite’e hakimiyet (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere avantaj).• Shopify görsel alanları ve e-ticaret görsel standartları konusunda deneyim/istek.• Canva’yı etkin kullanabilen, hızlı içerik üretimi ve template mantığına hakim.• Tipografi, renk, kompozisyon ve grid sistemlerinde güçlü estetik bakış.• Deadline yönetimi güçlü, çoklu iş takibine yatkın.• Takım çalışmasını seven, açık iletişimli, detaycı ve çözüm odaklı.⭐ Tercih Sebebi Olacak Yetkinlikler• Ev tekstili, moda veya lifestyle markalarında çalışma deneyimi.• Motion design / kısa animasyon üretimi.• Fotoğraf/video çekim süreçlerine aşinalık ve kreatif yönlendirme becerisi.• Pazaryeri (Trendyol, HB, Amazon vb.) görsel optimizasyon tecrübesi.🎁 Biz Ne Sunuyoruz?• Hızla büyüyen bir markada kreatif çıktılara doğrudan etki edebileceğin bir rol.• Koleksiyon ve kampanyaların merkezinde, çok yönlü tasarım üretim alanı.• Hibrit çalışma düzeni.• [Yan haklar: özel sağlık sigortası, yemek, yol, prim vb.]• Öğrenme–gelişim odaklı ekip kültürü.📩 BaşvuruCV’ni LinkedIn üzerinden “Easy Apply” ile paylaşabilir veya hr@birlikmensucat.com üzerinden bize ulaşabilirsin. We are now looking for a Visual Designer to help us grow this world together.Role PurposeWe are seeking a teammate who will strengthen Soley’s brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints, and manage creative visual production end-to-end for campaigns, products, and communication needs.🎯 Roles and Responsibilities• Design campaign and communication visuals in line with Soley’s brand identity (digital & print).• Prepare banners, sliders, category visuals, and product detail page (PDP) visual sets for our Shopify-based e-commerce channel.• Produce social media assets such as posts, Reels covers, story sets, and creative content.• Create fast-turnaround content and develop shareable template systems using Canva.• Develop key visuals (KVs), moodboards, and creative concepts for collection launches, seasonal themes, and special days.• Collaborate with the creative team to build briefs and provide visual direction for shoots and content.• Prepare print-ready files and follow up production with agencies/suppliers, including color checks.• Manage projects, revisions, and deadlines while ensuring visual quality and consistency.✅ Qualifications We’re Looking For• Minimum 3 years of visual design experience (preferably in retail/home textiles/fashion/e-commerce).• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere is a plus).• Experience or strong interest in Shopify visual areas and e-commerce visual standards.• Proficient in Canva; understands rapid content production and template logic.• Strong sense of typography, color, composition, and grid systems.• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Team-oriented, detail-driven, proactive, and solution-focused.⭐ Nice to Have• Experience with home textiles, fashion, or lifestyle brands.• Motion design / short animations.• Familiarity with photo/video shooting processes and creative direction.• Experience optimizing visuals for marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, etc.).🎁 What We Offer• A role where you can directly impact the creative output of a fast-growing brand.• Multi-channel, hands-on design environment at the center of collections and campaigns.• Hybrid working.• [Benefits: private health insurance, meal card, transportation, bonus scheme, etc.]• A learning- and growth-oriented team culture.📩 Application You can share your CV via “Easy Apply” on LinkedIn or contact us at hr@birlikmensucat.com.
