Chef/Baker (1pm-10pm Shift)Responsible for daily cake production: weighing ingredients, preparing mixes, baking, and finishing to specification. Produce and bake mince pies to consistent quality and weight standards. Maintain clean, organised work area and follow all food safety and production procedures. Support overall bakery output during peak production times.
