Creative Business Content Specialist

The Dock, Accenture’s global R&D and innovation centre in Dublin, is seeking a motivated and versatile Creative Business Content Specialist. This unique hybrid role extends into both the business and creative worlds with the objective of building The Dock’s reputation within Accenture as the Innovation and R&D partner of choice for our client account teams. The successful candidate will bridge business strategy and creative multimedia development, joining a small and productive and team that develop content in a broad range of styles and formats.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation:Develop, script, shoot, and produce multimedia communications (video, motion graphics, presentations) conveying the impact of innovation workDevelop, design and create campaigns to inform, align, and inspire Accenture stakeholdersDeck, brochure and print designStakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, and clients to gather insights and understand objectivesManage stakeholder expectations and feedbackFoster strong relationships with internal and external partners to identify communication opportunitiesQualificationsProven experience in a similar creative role in a business environment.Expertise in Adobe Premiere and After Effects essentialAbility to be effective within complex business structuresProven experience in both business communications and creative content productionDemonstrated success in stakeholder management across diverse groups and communication stylesNice to have:Portfolio showcasing multimedia content, stakeholder campaigns, and business impact storytellingDesirable AttributesWillingness to flex in different creative directionsDecisive, collaborative, and solutions-focusedInterest in new creative technologies and digital trendsWhat does Accenture, The Dock offer you?Working at Accenture means joining a company that prides itself on being Truly Human.
