Partner with the bestAs a HR Specialist, you will work within HR Shared Services Team. You will be accountable for the delivery HR Lifecycle activities and executing different interesting projects.

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for: Processing of statutory documents, such as contracts, orders, applications, sick notes, benefit queries, medical insurance cards and othersThe successful execution of o HR Operations processesEnsuring that HR information is updated and completed in internal applications (Workday, 1C)Ensuring HR documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standardsResponding to employee day-to-day enquiries via internal applicationsGenerating statements and reports related to HRDeveloping effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communicationFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

Have bachelor’s degree in relevant field from the accredited university. Have experience in HR Operations (orders, contracts, vacations, sick notes etc. ) Be able to speak and write in Azerbaijani, English (Russian is preferable)Have Knowledge of HR related legislation and practicesHave HR Labor KnowledgeHave strong data-entry skills and attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skillsBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
