Partner with the bestAs an Operations Specialist (Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals), you will be required to sell and service existing customers to grow the revenue stream in assigned areas. You will provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. You will work and adapt to our ever-changing job requirements daily to satisfy our customer requirements. As an Operations Specialist (Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals), you will be responsible for:
Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customersProviding on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queriesMonitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations groupPreparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customersProspecting for new accounts to build the customer base in the area of responsibilityOrganizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needsBeing responsible for billing & collection, invoicing, including preparing and conducting on filing, data entry, and administrative supportAssisting with receipt and processing of orders, also facilitating resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order and delivery processDealing with only limited product line(s) and/or handling special project(s) as assignedFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fieldsDemonstrate good experience (at least 5 years of experience) in Upstream Production Chemicals Application or Chemical Industrial ServicesHave some knowledge of process optimization and production chemistryBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutionsDemonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS OfficeHave the ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditionsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
