The role involves building relationships with bank partners and customers to promote Manulife’s insurance products. Key responsibilities include delivering product presentations, identifying customer needs, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent post-sale customer service. Bancassurance Specialists will also collaborate with bank staff to enhance product understanding and drive revenue growth through cross-selling initiatives.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsSales, negotiation, and customer service expertiseAbility to work independently and effectively within a banking environmentBasic understanding of life insurance and financial productsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in bancassurance, insurance, or banking is an advantageProactive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
