Following our acquisition of Zmarta Group, we are now a leading Nordic loan broker operating in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, with more than 180 employees across the region.We are now looking for a Bank Partnerships Manager to join our growing team at our Oslo headquarters to help drive the next chapter of growth.About the RoleThis is a high-impact commercial role focused on growing and optimizing our lender partnerships in Norway. You will be one of four Bank Partnerships Managers, each dedicated to a specific Nordic market.Your primary responsibility will be managing 25+ Norwegian bank partners across Unsecured Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Credit Cards. As part of the Bank Partnerships Team, you will report to the Chief Partnerships Officer and collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to build and scale strong partnerships with banks and other financial institutions.In this commercially driven role, you will combine relationship-building skills with a data-driven approach, transforming insights into actionable strategies that deliver mutual growth and value for both Axo and our partners.Experience in financial services or account management is a plus but not required—what matters most is a sharp commercial mindset, strong analytical ability, and excellent people skills.What You'll DoRun structured partner performance reviews (dashboards, QBRs, and experiments).Lead commercial negotiations, new partner onboardings, and ongoing integrations.Transform data into actions: identify opportunities, size impact, and drive experiments.Own and deepen relationships with ~25 Norwegian lenders, collaborating on Nordic partners when needed.Improve business logic, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience.Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Analytics to refine APIs, user flows, and conversion.Ensure regulatory compliance in partner setups and local marketing (Finanstilsynet & Forbrukertilsynet).Represent Axo with structure, credibility, and a sharp commercial mindset.The Impact You Will Have (Your KPIs)Growth in partner-driven gross profit and payout volumeConversion & approval rates across the funnel (offer -> payout)Time-to-offer / time-to-payout and operational efficiency with partnersDepth of integration and partner satisfaction / NPSWhat We Are Looking ForMust-haves:3–5 years in analytical/commercial roles (consulting, banking, fintech, marketplaces, or similar)Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset, with previous experience in Excel, SQL, or BIA proven relationship builder who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders.Fluent in Norwegian and professional EnglishNice-to-haves:Experience with consumer finance, credit products, or partner/account managementFamiliarity with BI tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau)Curiosity for automation, AI, and experimentationAn adaptive person with an initiative-taking, can-do attitudeWhy Join Axo?Help scale one of the fastest-growing FinTech’s in the Nordics—real ownership, real impact.Work with +80 partners from the financial institutions across the Nordics.Work cross-functionally in a modern Product Model setup (discovery, data, rapid iteration)Competitive compensation, benefits, and a high-performing, collaborative cultureReady to build the future of finance with us?Send your CV/Resume or LinkedIn profile.
