Kongsberg Discovery – Customer Services is seeking an operational and self driven Vice President to lead our Seatex service organization. Seatex is a key part of our Customer Services (CS) division, and in this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our global service operations for advanced technology based products and solutions.We are looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and care about providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving field service excellence, optimizing global resource utilization, and developing our customer support strategy in close collaboration with product divisions and sales teams.Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize CS - Seatex P&L performanceDrive growth and customer satisfaction through strategic service initiativesCoordinate and streamline global service operationsDevelop and deliver new and improved services and service revenue models to strengthen market reachSupport Sales & Marketing with insights and installed base analysisSet and execute service strategy aligned with Seatex and overall CS goalsEnsure efficient resource utilization through cross-training and capacity planningCollaborate with product divisions to ensure quality project executionContribute to lifecycle management and product maintenance prioritizationQualificationsLeadership experience in customer support operations (preferably global))Commercial mindset and customer orientationAbility to execute on strategic mandates and foster a growth mindset within the teamInternational experience and cultural agilityFluent in English, both written and spokenWillingness to travelPreferably based at Kongsberg Discovery sites at Pirsenteret in TrondheimNote: This position may require security clearance from the Norwegian National Security Authority.
