Job Title: Banking Finance LawyerLocation: SingaporeLevel: Associate/Senior Associate (2–6 PQE) OverviewA leading UK law firm with a strong international footprint, is seeking a talented Banking & Finance Associate to join its growing team. This role offers exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions and the opportunity to work with major financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporates and alternative lenders.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise lenders, borrowers, sponsors and corporates on a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions.Draft, review and negotiate documentation across acquisition finance, leveraged finance, syndicated lending, corporate lending, and refinancing matters.Support senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals and coordinate with local counsel where required.Conduct legal due diligence and assist with structuring, regulatory considerations and conditions precedent.Manage transaction workstreams, timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth completions.Prepare client briefings, know-how materials and contribute to business development initiatives for the practice.Maintain client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to support clients on new matters.Requirements2–6+ years PQE in a banking & finance practice at a reputable local or international law firm.Qualified to the bar in Singapore, England & Wales or Common-law jurisdictions.Strong experience in one or more of the following: leveraged finance, acquisition finance, general corporate lending, or real estate finance.Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage transactions and work independently while being a strong team player.Commercial mindset and ability to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and counterparties.Why JoinWork on high-profile, market-leading transactions with top-tier clients.Exposure to a broad scope of financing work, with opportunities to specialise.Supportive, collaborative team culture with clear career progression pathways.Competitive compensation and professional development opportunities.If you are a motivated and driven finance lawyer, please send your resume to Dana at dana@lumieresearch.com.EA Licence: 24S2198 | Reg: R1983622
