We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategy and Project Management Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing industry trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and delivering actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making. You will also work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to develop and drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals, and managing the overview of the company’s business portfolio. Key Roles and Responsibilities ● Monitor portfolios, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to ensure management visibility, track performance, and align with strategic goals.
● Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. ● Develop financial models and integrate short- and long-term plans for various countries and business units. ● Identify growth opportunities, evaluate risks, and recommend strategies to achieve business objectives. ● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and execute strategic initiatives. ● Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, tracking key performance indicators and project outcomes. ● Act as the primary contact for key initiatives, supporting project management and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
● Perform additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the company’s overall success.
