This role is a key driver in shaping and executing enterprise-level digital strategies, enabling transformation across functions and regions, and ensuring digital initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of enterprise digital strategy in alignment with corporate goalsAct as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into digital prioritiesDrive cross-functional digital transformation programs, ensuring on-time, value-focused deliveryOversee the Digital PMO portfolio, tracking progress, removing blockers, and driving impactLead strategic reviews, digital steering committees, and governance forumsIdentify emerging technologies, innovation trends, and new digital business modelsInspire and coach team members to build digital capability and strategic thinkingProvided support through ad-hoc task execution as assigned by supervisorQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
A background in Information Technology or Computer Engineering is a plus. At least 8 years of professional experience in digital strategy, transformation, business consulting, or related fieldsProven track record in leading large-scale digital initiatives or enterprise PMOsStrong stakeholder management skills — able to align, influence, and communicate across levelsStrategic mindset with strong execution discipline and attention to detailComfortable working in a global, cross-functional, and fast-paced environmentAgile, collaborative, and passionate about building the future of businessGood command of English (TOEIC Score 700 and above)Applicants with Thai nationality are encouraged to apply.
