The Banquet Captain will oversee and manage banquet events, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage presentation. The Banquet Captain will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during events. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectivelyFood Service: Experience in food service operationsCustomer Service: Strong skills in providing excellent customer service and handling guest inquiriesCommunication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbalFood & Beverage: Knowledge of food and beverage managementAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
