Designed to elevate the traditional movie-going experience, Starlight brings film, live performances, curated events, and dining into a refined and atmospheric setting.Job Summary The Barista prepares and serves high-quality beverages while providing exceptional guest service in the cinema café area. The role supports Cinemacity’s premium hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities • Prepare coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to recipes. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station. • Monitor stock levels and report shortages. • Ensure excellent guest interaction and personalized service. • Handle POS transactions when required. • Follow health and safety regulations. Requirements • Previous barista experience preferred. • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. • Friendly and energetic personality. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
