Project Recruiter – Engineering & Construction (Confidential)A leading engineering and infrastructure organisation in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Recruiter to support large-scale project mobilisation across multiple technical divisions including engineering, construction, and renewable energy.This role will focus on high-volume project hiring aligned with project mobilisation timelines and requires a recruiter who understands the pace, complexity, and stakeholder management involved in engineering and construction environments.The role will work closely with operational leadership and talent acquisition teams to ensure projects are fully staffed ahead of mobilisation deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project recruitment for engineering and construction rolesSupport mobilisation hiring linked to project delivery timelinesBuild talent pipelines for roles across engineering, site operations, and technical disciplinesPartner with hiring managers and project leaders to prioritise critical positionsCoordinate interview processes and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycleProvide regular hiring updates and pipeline visibility to stakeholdersEngage external recruitment partners when required to support project demandRequired ExperienceApplications will only be considered from recruiters with direct project hiring experience in engineering or construction sectors.Candidates must demonstrate:Proven experience recruiting for engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC organisationsExperience managing project mobilisation or high-volume technical hiringStrong knowledge of roles within engineering and project delivery environmentsAbility to operate in a fast-paced project environment with multiple hiring prioritiesStrong stakeholder management and organisational skillsPreferred ExperienceRecruitment experience within MEP, electrical engineering, renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC organisationsExperience supporting project-based workforce planningFamiliarity with hiring for roles such as engineers, supervisors, project managers, and site teamsImportant NoteDue to the confidential nature of this opportunity, company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.Application ScreeningOnly candidates with demonstrated project recruitment experience within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors will be prioritised for review.
