This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation efforts and enhance our customer onboarding experience.Facilitate the digital onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experienceUtilize digital onboarding platforms and CRM systems to manage customer information and documentationProvide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the onboarding processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve digital onboarding proceduresEnsure compliance with UAE banking regulations and internal policies throughout the onboarding processMaintain accurate records and generate reports on onboarding metricsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new digital onboarding solutionsParticipate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest digital onboarding technologies and best practicesQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ArabicProven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a part-time capacityCustomer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceBasic IT skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
