We’re hiring a skilled Barista to operate a high-standard specialty café inside one of our residential communities. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a consistent premium experience to residents and guests.ResponsibilitiesCoffee Preparation & Beverage CraftingPrepare high-quality espresso-based drinks, pour-over, V60, Chemex, cold brew, and specialty coffee beverages.Calibrate the espresso machine daily and ensure consistency in extraction and milk texturing.Maintain recipes, ratios, and quality standards for every drink.Café OperationsOpen and close the café following operational checklists.Track daily inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages.Operate the POS system, manage orders, and handle basic cash procedures.Maintain a clean bar station, equipment, machines, and overall café area throughout the shift.Customer ExperienceWelcome residents and guests with professional hospitality.Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.Handle feedback professionally and contribute to improving the café experience.Quality & ComplianceFollow all food safety and hygiene standards.Maintain equipment (grinder, espresso machine, tools) and report maintenance needs immediately.Ensure consistent implementation of café SOPs and quality benchmarks.RequirementsMinimum 2 years experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop.Strong knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, extraction, milk steaming, and brewing techniques.Ability to work independently (solo shift experience preferred).Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.Ability to handle peak times efficiently and maintain calm under pressure.Basic inventory and POS handling.PreferredExperience working in high-end cafés or hotel-style environments.Latte art (beginner to advanced).Basic knowledge of pastries or light food handling.English communication (basic or intermediate).What We OfferA professional and stable work environment inside a high-end community.Clear standards, structured work, and supportive management.Growth opportunities within SATEL’s residential services operations.
