The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.Create and recommend cocktails, ensuring proper food and drink pairings.Maintain bar cleanliness, garnishes, and proper mise-en-place.Manage stock, perform inventory checks, and control costs efficiently.Uphold hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.Promote up-selling and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Ensure a smooth and professional service in line with the establishment's standards.RequirementsProven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume or luxury setting.Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Creativity in developing new cocktails and beverage offerings.
