Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender at Royal Dede Golden Beach Resort & Hotel in Accra. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as creating an enjoyable experience for guests at the bar. Day-to-day tasks include mixing drinks, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, upholding safety and hygiene standards, and engaging with guests to deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team membersProficiency in Bartending, including knowledge of cocktails, drink recipes, and beverage preparation techniquesExperience in Food & Beverage services and maintaining quality standardsAbility to handle Cash transactions accurately and efficientlyAttention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressureKnowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in a bar or restaurant settingPrevious experience of working in a hospitality or bar environment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; certifications in bartending or food service are an advantage
