Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a Cross-functional Design Lecturer at AsanSka University College of Design and Technology. The Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive academic instruction to students across various design disciplines. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, assessing student performance, guiding practical projects, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also entails fostering a creative learning environment, participating in research initiatives, and collaborating with colleagues on institutional goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in design fields such as Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Digital Media, or Product DesignExperience in lecturing, academic instruction, or educational content developmentExcellent mentoring, research, and curriculum development skillsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in design software and tools relevant to cross-disciplinary fieldsCommitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and student-centered learningMaster’s degree or higher in a relevant design discipline or equivalent professional experienceExperience in technical/vocational education and training is an advantage
