At Belmond, we look for effortlessly engaging characters, whose personality, humor, and charm shine through, creating a culture for unscripted and instinctive service and genuine human connection.He/She will reports a Villa Manager.Main Duties & Responsabilities Fulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures; Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere, establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries; Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar; To monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use-by-dates on perishable goods, and order replacement deliveries as required; Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies; Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Villa Manager; Brings suggestions for improvement;Requirements Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability; Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others; Drive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them; Be capable of advising on best-selling prices and review regularly according to the Bar Manager's instructions Previous de-luxe Hotel & bar experience in the same position; Fluent in English and Italian, third language preferred; Exceptional customer service skills; Very presentable and well groomed; Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both with guests and colleagues; Detail and guest care oriented;Benefits We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
