Job Description

Project EngineerReports to Position: Project & Maintenance ManagerJob Purpose: The Project Engineer will support the Project & Maintenance Manager in planning, procurement and executing various projects across markets, including the UAE and KSA. The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with project teams and functions, administering project tasks, reporting on project progress, managing procurement, identifying and highlighting risks, and providing support for Franchise projects. Additionally, the Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating project change requests to ensure on-time project delivery. Key Accountabilities: Project documentation Management:

Maintain project documents created throughout the project life cycle, including LODs from the landlord, architectural and MEP design documents, procurement trackers, project schedules, and project budget tracker. Budget Management: Manage the project budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and allocating financial resources. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and manage the testing and evaluation process. Project Closure: Oversee the completion of the project, including ensuring that all deliverables are complete, and documentation is up to date. Site Management:

Manage and report daily site updates of assigned sites in line with the project deadline, oversee quality control, and prepare reports as required. Procurement Management: Locate key suppliers, negotiate the company's purchasing agreements, and ensure their materials and products meet quality specifications and project schedules. Project Reporting Management: Prepare project reports as needed, including project procurement reports, project status reports, project health reports, risk assessment reports, time management reports, project baseline reports, summary reports, and variance reports. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word & Power PointMinimum of 5 years’ experience in fit out works, preparing drawings, data handling & procurement. Some project F&B management & project experience Preparing detail BOQ as per the project requirementProficiency in both spoken and written formal/informal English language.
