Have knowledge of ISO and working for Certification Body is advanced.Experience: At least 3 years working experience in Sales/Business Development (preferred candidate who has experience on Business Development in Training and Certification scope).Skills:Excellent Sales/Business Development skillsProficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.Pro-active, Excellent time management, multi-tasking, Problem solving and planning abilities.Technical And Professional SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsOccasional travel between company sites may be requiredStrong Problem-Solving, decision making abilitiesFluent in reading, writing & speaking English.Professional behaviorsBe open-minded, mature and results-driven.Possess sound judgement, analytical skills and tenacitySensitive to company policies and results drivenExhibits good credibilityEntrepreneur/self-starter with good ethical reputationAutonomous, team worker and team builderDynamic, enthusiastic, adaptable, persistent.Well-organized
