Identify and qualify potential leads for program enrollment. Provide personalized guidance and counseling to learners and parents. Address queries and objections empathetically, highlighting the value of NxtWave programs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups. Requirements Experience: 0–1 year in EdTech, B2C Inside Sales, or Counseling-led Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Languages: Native fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Odia, or Malayalam with excellent English communication. Skills:Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities. Structured approach to lead follow-up and target achievement. Empathetic, patient, and learner-first mindset. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or telecalling tools.
