The ideal candidate is passionate about residential design, skilled in translating concepts into detailed drawings, and eager to contribute to all phases of a project—from schematic design through construction documentation.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design team in developing residential projects from concept through constructionCreate and refine 2D and 3D design drawings, renderings, and presentationsPrepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedulesParticipate in client meetings and help translate feedback into design solutionsConduct site analysis and zoning/code research, and assist in permit submissionsCoordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintainedAssist with interior layouts, material selections, and fixture specificationsPrepare digital and physical presentation materials for client and city review meetingsReview shop drawings and submittals during construction administrationMaintain organized project files, drawings, and documentationContribute to team brainstorming sessions and design critiquesStay up-to-date on residential design trends, building technologies, and sustainable practicesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitectureProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong design and visualization skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksCollaborative attitude and willingness to learn
